PROJECT SUMMARY

Located in a space that has been a bar since the 1980’s, El Dorado Cocktail Lounge needed a refresh in order to stay operational. Environmental remodeling was completed, including asbestos abatement and mold removal.  Preservation of the current character of the space was key, so every effort was made to select finishes that were close matches to the existing, but worn, surfaces. A local favorite in downtown San Diego, patrons enjoy a newly refreshed space that retains all of the characteristics they know and love.
